CREATIVE LEAD/ LOGO SYSTEM

The Jacky Teplitzky Team was established in 1994 and has been top 1% real estate team in the country since. In 2016 team went through big restructuring and the leader – Jacky Teplitzky felt her brand identity should reflect its new era as well. The Jacky Teplitzky Team has a presence in two of the most iconic cities and best markets in the U.S.That give us the idea to evoke the essence of this two cities – NYC and Miami – bringing two different typefaces together. One serif font representing NYC, with its classic traces and details, and a sans serif font to transmit the young and modern energy of Miami. Both types match perfectly together and give to the brand that sense of sophistication and elegance. It is also accompanied by a strong monogram, which is a subtle way shows the J and the T. The period is a key element on the design, it transforms Jacky’s name in a statement, “All you need is The Jacky Teplitzky Team.(period)”

International Airport in Kosice Slovakia was looking for a new logo in August 2012. In open competition agencies and designers submitted their designs and this is mine submission. Košice airport is profiled as a gateway to Eastern Slovakia both for our fellow citizens living abroad as well as tourists who come to us from all over the world . This should be reflected in the logo, which at the same time should create a positive image of Košice airport and the Eastern region “.
